My husband and I woke up to a bat at 4am. By 7am the bat was found(my husband tried looking for it for over an hour), captured, the entire house was combed over for more including the attic and basement, the house was sealed, and we were given ways to prevent this happening again. Thanks Daine!

Daine has a fantastic eye to the tiniest of details! He helped me find a massive entrance for mice that was the size of a nickel. He also sealed off my attic so no more bats can get in! Best lesson - birds don't fly at night, if you see something flying at night it is a bat!

Our voles are all gone and luckily they didn't destroy too much of our yard. Thanks again Daine!!!!!

We had Daine do a bat inspection on our 1930s house and were so pleased with his patience, attention to detail and transparency. He gave us an honest opinion about how to handle our situation and it was clear that he wasn't chasing for dollars or trying to take advantage of the situation (like the other inspector we met). We're still deciding how we'll approach our situation but from a customer service and pricing standpoint, we would definitely go with Daine.
