Inspection, Cleanup & Prevention
Expert Solutions to Eliminate Pests from Your Property
After the Animals Are Gone, the Real Work Begins
Here’s something most people don’t think about: once you remove the animals, the mess they left behind is still there. And that mess can be dangerous.
Bat guano, rat droppings, urine-soaked insulation, nesting materials, dead animals in the walls, these aren’t just gross. They’re health hazards. Histoplasmosis from bat droppings. Hantavirus from rodent waste. Mites and ticks that outlast the animals they lived on.
Our inspection, cleanup, and prevention service is designed to take your home from “infested” to “healthy” in three phases.
Phase 1: Thorough Inspection
We don’t just glance around your attic and call it done. We use flashlights, mirrors, and sometimes even thermal imaging to find hidden issues. We crawl every corner of your attic, basement, and crawlspace. We look for:
- Active entry points (holes, gaps, damaged vents)
- Past entry points that were never sealed
- Droppings, urine stains, and nesting materials
- Damage to insulation, wiring, and structural elements
- Signs of secondary pests (mites, beetles, flies)
At the end of the inspection, you get a detailed report with photos and a clear plan of action. No sales pitch, just the facts and your options.
Phase 2: Safe Cleanup & Sanitization
This isn’t a job for household cleaners and a shop vac. Wildlife waste requires professional-grade equipment and biohazard protocols:
- HEPA-Filtered Vacuuming: We use vacuums with HEPA filtration to capture fine particles that carry disease. No blowing dust around your attic.
- Insulation Removal: If your attic insulation is soaked in urine or contaminated with droppings, it has to go. We remove it safely and dispose of it properly.
- Enzymatic Cleaners: We use specialized enzymatic cleaners that break down organic waste, neutralize odors, and kill bacteria — not just mask the smell.
- Fogging & Sanitization: For severe cases, we fog the entire space with a sanitizing agent that reaches every surface.
Phase 3: Prevention
Cleanup is great, but if we don’t address the root cause, you’ll be right back here in six months. That’s why every cleanup job includes a prevention plan:
- Sealing all entry points (see Structural Protection services)
- Installing vent covers and chimney caps
- Recommending habitat modifications around your property
- Scheduling a follow-up inspection to make sure nothing changed
We want to be the last wildlife company you ever call. And the only way to do that is to fix it right the first time.
