Ongoing Protection & Warranties
Expert Solutions to Eliminate Pests from Your Property
Protection That Doesn't Expire
Here’s a question we hear a lot: “What happens if something gets back in after you leave?”
It’s a fair question. And it deserves a real answer.
We stand behind our work. Every exclusion job we do is backed by our Annual Wildlife Exclusion Warranty Program. Here’s what that means for you:
What the Warranty Covers
- Annual Re-Inspection: Once a year, we come back and re-inspect your property. We check every sealed point, look for new vulnerabilities, and make sure everything is holding up.
- Repair Coverage: If an animal damages a sealed entry point or creates a new one, we cover the repair. No charge.
- Re-Entry Protection: If an animal finds a way back in through a point we sealed, we come out and fix it and we don’t charge you for the service call.
- Priority Scheduling: Warranty members get priority scheduling during peak season (May–August). Because when you’ve got a bat in the house, you can’t wait two weeks.
Why the Warranty Matters
Here’s the reality: a house settles. Wood expands and contracts with the seasons. A seal that was perfect in October might develop a tiny gap by June. Squirrels and rodents are constantly testing your home’s defenses, looking for weaknesses.
An annual inspection catches those issues before they become infestations. It’s like changing the oil in your car, a small investment that prevents a much bigger problem down the road.
One-Time Service vs. Annual Protection
One-Time Exclusion: Perfect for acute problems. We come in, handle the issue, seal the entry points, and you’re good. Our work is guaranteed, but there’s no ongoing inspection.
Annual Warranty Program: Best for homeowners who want true peace of mind. You get the same high-quality exclusion work, plus the annual re-inspection and repair coverage. Recommended for homes with a history of wildlife issues or homes in heavily wooded areas.
