One thing customers should know about you One thing customers should know about me is that I've been here since the very beginning—back when Bats to Rats was operating out of Daine's basement and my "office" was down there too. It's been amazing to watch the company grow from those early days to where it is today.

What professional goals are you working toward? With the opening of our Omaha location, I'm focused on helping support the growth of the company by creating consistent processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring both the Lincoln and Omaha teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

What personal goals are important to you right now? Right now, I'm focused on maintaining a healthy work life balance, prioritizing my health, and making intentional time for my family and the hobbies that help me recharge and stay creative.
